When is the best time to order goods to sell during Christmas?

The answers vary depending on two factors:

Your location: Assuming that you are buying from China and you are located in Africa, it is best to order around the month of August because shipping from China to Africa takes roughly two months. So, if your goods are shipped in August, you will likely receive them in November. You will then have at least 30days to introduce the products to your customers and sell before December 25th. If you are located in Asia, Europe, the Middle East or the Americas, the story may be different but the key point is that you need to calculate the waiting time plus the time you need in order to introduce the products to your customers. DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE OF ORDERING LATE AND RECEIVING YOUR GOODS A FEW DAYS TO XMAS OR WORSE AFTER XMAS.
Your preferred shipping method: Not everybody wants their goods sent by sea. Some customers prefer air frieght which is the fastest and other customers prefer by rail which is also faster than by sea. Athough these other shipping methods are faster, they cost higher than sending goods by sea. Consider how heavy and cumbersome your cargo is before you choose a shipping method.
