Processing Payments Through CCTCF

On any shopping platform, one of the biggest headaches is how to process payments from customers and especially when a platform like CCTCF serves a global client base. On the one hand, we deal directly with factories and most of them only trade in the local currency Yuan. On the other hand we deal with buyers from different countries around the world with their own local currencies. On our website product prices are in US dollars only.

This poses a problem. Clients need to convert product prices from US dollars to their local currencies first, in order to understand how much they need to spend. Many clients often ask us questions relating to how they can successfully transfer money to China.

Payment by PayPal: This method is very convenient to many buyers in Western countries like America, Canada, and countries in Europe since their PayPal accounts can be directly linked to their bank accounts. However, PayPal payments are not very convenient in some countries especially in the third world. At CCTCF we accept payments made via PayPal using the CCTCF official PayPal account.
Payment by Alipay: Alipay is one of the most popular payment methods in China. 99.99% of suppliers in China can accept payments by Alipay. However, man westerners don't have Alipay on their devices, making it difficult for them to use this method. Alipay is currently expanding across many countries in the world. It is highly recommended that if you want to buy from suppliers in China, you should have this app on your device. At CCTCF we can accept payments through Alipay if a customer prefers that payment method.
WeChat Pay: Just like Alipay, WeChat Pay is also the most popular payment system in China since it is attached to the social networking chat app called WeChat. Everybody in China uses WeChat. At CCTCF we accept payments through WeChat Pay.
ApplePay: Some suppliers in China accept payment via ApplePay but it is not very popular especially now that Apple products are not as popular in China as they were in the past. However, at CCTCF we can accept payments made via ApplePay.
MTN / Orange Money: These two payment systems are very popular especially in the CEMAC region of Africa. At CCTCF we can process payments through MTN / Orange Money using our office in Cameroon.
Direct Bank Transfer: Some clients prefer to pay by direct bank transfer. Even though this method can be slow sometimes, it is also efficient and secure. At CCTCF, we can arrange for bank transfers especially when it comes to big orders and big sums of money.

When you buy directly from the CCTCF website, you can checkout smoothly after paying by PayPal. For large orders using our Express Order Form, we can discuss the payment method to be used on a case by case basis depending on the volume of the transaction and where the client is located.
